Education has been the driving force of my life, not just acquiring knowledge, but sharing it and watching others discover their potential. My passion for learning began early and has only grown stronger through each academic milestone, from the rigorous halls of West Point to my current doctoral studies.

What truly energizes me isn't just personal academic achievement; it's witnessing that moment when a student realizes they have an incredible story to tell. There's something magical about helping someone discover their unique voice and watching their confidence soar as they learn to articulate their dreams and experiences with clarity and impact.

My journey began at the United States Military Academy at West Point, where I learned that excellence isn't just about individual achievement, it's about lifting others up and serving something greater than yourself. These values of excellence, integrity, and service to others now guide every aspect of Essay Edge Consulting.

After earning my MBA from the University of North Texas, I could have stopped there, but my love of learning called me forward. I'm currently pursuing my doctorate at the University of Houston because I believe that when we stop growing, we stop truly living. This continuous pursuit of knowledge keeps me sharp, current, and deeply connected to the academic world my students are entering.

But here's what I've discovered through this journey: knowledge without the ability to share it effectively is incomplete. That's why Essay Edge Consulting exists. I've navigated the competitive admissions process for both military service academies and civilian institutions, and I understand the unique challenges students face. More importantly, I understand the incredible potential that lies within each student, potential that just needs the right guidance to shine through on paper.
